• Supplier and airline cancellation and refund policies are very challenging and complicated, are continuously being changed and updated.  
• Due to unacceptably long phone hold times, it is very difficult to actually speak to suppliers and airlines on behalf of our clients.
  
• it has become very difficult for us to keep current with cancellations and refunds.
• Some clients, not satisfied with cancellation and refund decisions, have been referred by us directly to supplier customer service.
