E-TRAVEL TIPS AND INFORMATION
June 2018
Dear Travel Friends
DO YOU REALLY WANT TO DISCONNECT WHEN AWAY ON VACATION?
Travelers used to want to disconnect from their daily business and home regime, to recharge and get away from it all while on vacation.
In today's reality, it has become much more difficult to be away from home or work and not communicate.
More travel providers, airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, restaurants and businesses recognize the importance of connectivity to their clients and free inclusive WiFi has become much more common and readily available.
But, a word of warning: Stay secure while connected to free or inclusive WiFi on your trip or vacation.

WHY TELL YOUR TRAVEL CONSULTANT YOUR VACATION BUDGET
We don't like to share the price we are willing to pay when planning any purchases.
Because it is difficult to fix problems if anything goes wrong with a vacation, buying travel is different from any other purchase.
Your travel consultant can advise you which products could match up to your expectations and if you begin negotiations with your budget, you make it much easier to immediately start research to find the right vacation options, availability and value. Contact us, our consultants are always ready to assist you.

PUERTO RICO TOURISM UPDATE AFTER HURRICANE MARIA
Most of the Island's main tourist areas, Condado and downtown San Juan have almost returned to normal. Remote villages away from the major resorts, still remain without power and some hurricane damaged hotels still remain closed.
Of concern still is the upcoming hurricane season and the stability of the island's electric grid, which is still being repaired and updated. Although hotels and restaurants are open for business, generators are available as backup with most power outages being reported in the more remote areas.
Cruise ships are returning and there is a sense that Puerto Rico is once again starting to deliver a consistent tourism experience.
As visitors return to the island, lost tourist income will again become available to continue to rebuild. Read more about the state of tourism in Puerto Rico.
